Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, chakra, personal trainers … The Station has any workout you can dream up! Enjoy scheduled classes or customize a workout on your own time at one of our Fitness On Demand stations that offer over 200 workout videos, available at any time. FAQs
Who can become a member?
All Xchange residents are eligible. Residents under the age of 14 are not permitted in athletic areas of the building unless supervised by an adult.
How do I gain access to The Station?
Station members are provided with a personal access card that must be presented at the front desk before entry.
Who can use my access card?
Only the person who has registered as a member may use the access card. Cards cannot be loaned or borrowed.
Can I bring guests?
All members are given three free guest passes per month, which do not roll over. A maximum of two guests per day are allowed. Additional guest passes are charged at $25. Guests must be accompanied by their host at all times.
What’s the policy for charcoal grills?
Grills can be reserved at the front desk for a maximum of 3 hours at no cost. However, should you wish to bring more guests, than our guest policy permits, then a fee of $50 per hour is payable.
Can I bring my own personal trainer to the Station?
Yes, please see the Station staff for details.
